Stay in the Mission Boundaries Elder Hadley

¡Hola! This has been another great week here down in Buenos Aires Sur (South)! We have been working hard to find that Chemistry as a Companionship and see what things we both can do better. But overall not too much going on this week.

I had my first Intercambio (Exchange) where I stayed in my area... Elder Hadley took the wheel for a day and showed our area to Elder Goldberg. It was quite interesting... we didn't get lost and we may or may not have ended up in the East Mission...Jaja

I got out there on the street stopping everyone explaining how Christ Church has been restored on the earth! It was great! Learned a lot from this intercambio.

It is starting to warm up down here and I’m drinking mate with juice now!

I'd like to end this week’s letter with a spiritual thought and a compromiso!  In church yesterday Federico (and his dog) came to church. We explained the hierarchy of the different organizations within the church. It was kind of difficult, but it led us into the topic of ministering and how we all make a difference of whether we have more or less inactive members. Our ward has a huge problem with that. They get baptized and then never come back.

Throughout the week we teach about Christ ministry while he was on the earth in the first lesson. I've had the chance to look back and think what I could have done to be a better minister back at home. Jesus was a friend to all and I'd like to be a friend to all as well. Now I'm not here to just tell you to go minister but just think for a moment this next week what you can do to help another person to be their friend. I love you all and am very thankful for your prayers.

Pray, Read your Scriptures, Go to Church and have a wonderful week!

P.S. You all better be getting ready for General Conference!

Elder Hadley with a really good Medialuna.
It is a Croissant-style sweet pastry and Medialuna means Half Moon

Mom Note:  Elder Hadley wanted me to include this picture that I sent him.  Two of his good buddies are leaving for their missions and spoke in our ward yesterday.

Elder Hadley was definitely there in spirit! The Quail Crossing Ward has an amazing Young Men's program with many fantastic leaders who Parker LOVES!!!
