The Mission is Working My Muscles & 6 Months Down

¡Hola! ¿Como están? This was a great week here in Ezeiza and we have 2 Baptisms coming up and I hit my 6 month mark this last Thursday!

We ate a full and did a couple of Intercambios in Spegazzini and a Tormenta Blanca (All missionaries in the zone go and contact like crazy in a couple of hours) in Cañuelas with the Hermanas.

I did an Intercambio with Elder Harper y Elder Remieraz and just working like none other. Intercambios are exchanges where you can learn for a day what you are freakin good at and what you are freakin bad at and need to work on.

The Mission is working the muscles that are weak and keeping up the strong ones too. We can never be perfect alone... We can be perfect through him. Matt 5:48 Look it up!

Well Elder Harper is getting shipped out of Ezeiza for an Emergency Transfer to his second area. 6 months in Ezeiza and boy he is ready jaja. That missionary... he will do great Jaja.

Mom Note: Elder Harper said goodbye to the members, and they stayed up very late helping him pack and saying their goodbyes and when they got to the internet café they found out he was staying and the Emergency Transfer was canceled. 😂

To end on a spiritual note, I'd like to share with you a chapter out of my Book of Mormon Studying that really stands out to me.

In 3 Nephi Chapter 13 Jesus explains how to pray and the importance of it. When you get a moment to read that chapter think about your prayers right now, are you asking for things you want or need? Or are you just repeating words to just pray to be praying and not talking with your Heavenly Father? The Small Details matter, A prayer is a small detail compared with life, but it is a way we show our Faith and Love for him. He listens and responds to our prayers.

I feel your prayers here in Argentina, I love you guys and appreciate everything. Enjoy the Cold because it is freakin hot here in Buenos Aires Sur!

Les amo,
Elder Hadley
